At TheUniFit, every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. However, if you receive a product with a genuine issue, we're here to help.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before raising a request.


Eligible Cases

We accept return and refund requests only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

All requests are subject to verification by our support team and must be approved before any return or refund is processed.


Reporting Time

Any return or refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Providing complete and accurate information helps us review your request more efficiently.


Verification Process

Every request is carefully reviewed by our support team.

A request will only be approved if the reported issue is found to be genuine after verification.

Requests may be declined if:

  • The reported issue is not genuine.

  • The product is not found to be defective.

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • The request is submitted after the 24-hour reporting window.

  • Sufficient evidence is not provided.

  • The request does not comply with this policy.

TheUniFit reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the approval or rejection of any request.


Product Condition

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.


Items Not Eligible

Return or refund requests will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used.

  • Products that have been washed.

  • Products with missing or removed tags.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.


Return Shipping

For approved requests, TheUniFit will arrange and bear the cost of return shipping.

Customers will not be charged any return handling fee for approved claims.


Resolution of Approved Requests

Once the returned product has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the availability of the product and the nature of the issue, TheUniFit may provide a replacement product or process a refund. If a replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued.


Refund Process

Refunds are issued only for approved requests.

Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be initiated within 3 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.


Refund Method

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account or UPI ID, as confirmed during the refund process.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will also be processed to the customer's bank account or UPI ID.

Customers may be asked to provide their bank account or UPI details to complete the refund.


Shipping & COD Charges

  • Any shipping charges paid by the customer (if applicable) will be refunded for approved refund requests.

  • The ₹40 Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee is non-refundable.


Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If a prepaid order is cancelled before it has been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.


Failed Delivery / Returned to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, customer unavailability, or any similar reason, the request for a refund or reshipment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Partial Refunds

TheUniFit does not offer partial refunds.


Final Decision

TheUniFit reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after reviewing the evidence provided, inspecting the returned product, and verifying compliance with this policy.

Our goal is to resolve every genuine customer concern fairly while protecting our business from misuse of the return process.
