At TheUniFit, we strive to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation (excluding Sundays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email, depending on the contact information provided during checkout.

Delivery Timeline

We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partner, Delhivery.

Estimated delivery time is generally 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A ₹40 COD handling fee is applicable on all COD orders.

Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Courier Partner

All orders are shipped through Delhivery to ensure reliable and secure delivery across India.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Festivals and public holidays

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Transport disruptions

  • Strikes or operational delays from our logistics partner

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Address Changes

Customers may request an address change before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Failed Delivery / Returned Orders (RTO)

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or any similar reason, it may be returned to us by the courier.

In such cases:

  • If you still wish to receive the order, we can arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • If you no longer wish to receive the order, we will process the cancellation and refund according to our Refund Policy.

Every order is packed securely to ensure your products reach you safely and in excellent condition.
